Only similar in size. I was wondering if it was possible for there to be a software program that installs on client machines that adds a small bar horizontally across the top of IE under the address bar. I would want to have text to scroll across this bar with text and links that were clickable. I would want a control panel with a WYSIWYG box for bolding, underlining, etc. (similar to Yahoo mail) so that users input text to be scrolled across the clients machines.
I would want the server online (if possible) on a server that I already have available. I would also like the possibility of creating multiple logins for different sites. (ex. 1 site has 30 machines, 1 site somewhere totally different has 20 machines) I would want separate logins with separate databases of what each has logged to be scrolled.
I'm sorry if this seems vague in any way. Please post questions here or PM me with quotes.
Thanks!
