Wanted: Rantometer standardization.

There needs to be some guidelines for rating rants.

For example:
Destroyed property (less than $100): +1 point
Destroyed property ($100-1000): +2 points
Destroyed property (over $1000): +4 points
Injured victims: +3 points
Use of restraint: -1 point
Reason for ranting: -3 to +3 points
Swearing: +1 point (+3 if it's to your immediate supervisor, +4 if it's to the head of the company)
Plotting: +2 points, +2 extra if it's carried out, -4 if you screwed up carrying it out
Pictures of aftermath: +2 points

People score rant posts, however without standardization it's hard to determine who makes good rants and who doesn't. This will put in place a guideline to allow quality rants (such as an admin breaking a user's laptop by smashing it across the user's face) to be filtered out from someone why just got gum on thier shoe.

Worst rant ever. I give it a 1.3.
