I'm typing this right now on a Gigabyte GA6VX7-4X motherboard with a PIII 733 processor and 1 gigabyte of Mushkin RAM installed. The motherboard uses the Via Apollo Pro 133a chipset.
From what I've heard, this is not a good motherboard for overclocking, but I don't overclock (I want STABILITY!) This thing is rock solid; I haven't experienced any problems whatsoever.
From a benchmark standpoint, this setup doesn't get the awesome memory bandwidth numbers that you'd see on P4 or AMD 760-based system, but it really isn't noticeable. The system is rock-stable, and that's what I care about most.
You can get this board refurbished from Newegg.com
