Wanted! : File desription addon for Explorer

I would like to find something that lets me add a brief description to files in Win98 (you know, download 20 files and lose track of them before you can try them out) I have tried a few from ZDNet but nothing seems quite right. Either performance problems or doesn't work as described. prefer freeware of course and either a new description column in Explorer or fly over description. (must override description that are already present ie. Winzip or .doc files)
Any suggestions
