Wanted: Fan recommendations

I've got an old coolermaster case/machine that I'm repurposing into a media server. It's a fine case, but the fans are VERY loud. The motherboard doesn't have any temp sensors, or active fan controllers, and I'll be stepping down to a single, slower drive from the 2-drive SCSI setup that's in it now.

Bottom line, I need some new 80 & 120 mm fans... low noise and good flow are both important. The case will be inside a cabinet with poor airflow around the case, so moving the available air will be important.

most of the Cooler Master fans are pretty quiet as well. (I swear by Cooler Master case fans...all of my computers have Cooler Masters)
