Wanted: AM2 motherboard with 3+ PCI, Gigabit LAN, etc.

I need a motherboard with the following characteristics: (AMD AM2 platform)

3 or more PCI slots

Gigabit LAN onboard

Geforce 7 (6150) or better onboard graphics

unlocked overclocking capability (overclocking doesn't overclock the buses or video)


and the big one - UNDER $85 shipped

I can find a board similar to this - made by Asrock - but it only had 2 PCI slots. I already have a modem and HDTV tuner card. If I bought that, or any other card with only 2 PCI slots, I would hate the thought that I couldn't expand the system with anything else, like an HD Radio tuner card, later.

I'd gladly pay $10 for another PCI slot, but I just can't find a similar board with 3+.

Oh, and a redundant (spare/dual, whatever) BIOS would be great

not to mention the ability to hook it up to an HDTV monitor down the road

Why not take these $10 and buy an external modem? Or spend $0 and use one of the kerbazillions of serial-port modems that were retired to the attic when DSL arrived?

AMD 690G is better than GeForce 7050 for HD video playback.
