Go outside into the SUN!!
The Greek historian Heroditus in 484 B.C. examined costumed skeletons on a old battlefield. Skulls of Persians, he noticed, were thin and fragile. Skulls of Egyptians were thick and tough. He asked why and was told, Persians wore turbans, Egyptians went bareheaded. He deduced the sun influences bone growth. It was the first time of record anyone had figured that out.
