I know sometimes car makes/models differ slightly from canada to the states, but here is the info from mitusbishicars.ca :

MSRP $21,988 ($17,289 USD for comparison)

Features that come standard on the ralliart:
* 4-wheel independent suspension
* Electric rear-window defroster + timer
* Tilt and height - adjustable steering column
* Four spoke steering wheel
* 2.4L SOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder mivec (bwahaha...) engine
* Horsepower: 162 hp @ 5750 rpm
* Torque: 162 lb-ft @ 4000
* Front & Rear stabilizer bars
* 4 wheel power assisted disc brakes
* ABS + eletronic brakeforce distribution
* Variable intermittent wipers + "mist control"
* 16" aluminum alloy wheels
* Power windows, power locks, A/C, cruise control, heated mirrors

"apparently" it comes with a headers/exhaust something or other but I haven't read up about that one. i have the regular 03 ES right now and i'm liking what i've heard about the ralliart and what i've seen so far, so i'm going to go try one out tomorrow. what do you guys think of this one? i've liked my lancer es so far and thats only 2.0l 120/130 (hp/tq), only 2 disc/2 drum, no stabilizer bars, mushy suspension etc.. but it's still been pretty fun, and I haven't had anything wrong with it either so far out of 20,000km.

Input appreciated, not that anything people say will change my mind ... still interesting to see what you guys will say about this one :p

So wait, you bought the Ralliart? The car picutred sure doesn't look like an ES, unless its the reskinned Lancer that just came out a little while ago. I still can't help but laugh at the OZ edition. WTF are these people thinking putting 14" OZ wheels on a namesack model like that?

I think the rallyart is a much better car overall (perfomance and safety; 4 wheel disc brakes), but I don't like the taillights.

NutBucket (LMFAO @ ur name! bucket! lol) ,

i didn't buy the ralliart i'm test driving that baby tomorrow :p i have the lancer ES, its in my sig! u bucket man!

TechnoKid,
yea the ralliart is a MUCH better car, overall - jsut considering technical details.. the lacners still pretty good car but the ralliart is actually meant to be sporty. i'll tell you what i think after i test drive it

btw the one in the pics - thats how it comes stock in silver.. stock rims etc. i'm not usually crazy about "rice lights" but I think it suits that car fine and they're not overdone, so I don't really mind. with silver it looks nice

If you're gonna get it, and it has to come with those lights, get it in silver. Any other colour, and those rear lights will look like ass.

There's a company that makes lights for it (and the Evos) that are "normal". Don't have a link off hand tho. That's the first thing I would do if I ever got one.

NutBucket, what bucket do you drive? the echo hatchback is the ULTIMATE BUCKET MOBILE! i can't think of any car that looks more like a bucket than the echo hatch.

regarding the taillights.. never considered it. i think they're ricey but not overdone. no idea how bad it'd be in black.. the pics i've seen were silver and it looked sweet that way.
