An xbox 360 would have been a much better, near flawless bet. But you were set on the dlink. Enjoy.

Go troll somewhere else please.

How am I trolling? There's a ton of negative info on the unit you purchased and you bought it anyways - now you're having issues.. We even gave you other, credible options. You avoided that advice and, welps, enjoy your dlink!

Everyone else, an xbox 360 or a popcorn hour would be the way to go

How is the unit giving my problems? It is doing what I expected it to do. I have videos working fine on it at the moment after playing with formats and containers. The xbox accepts less codec/formats than the dlink and most the a/v nut people I talk to locally never heard of popcorn hour. I can find a ton of negative reviews on many brand name products but it doesn't mean they are all true or the only things to say about the unit. You only posted names of units without explaining their pros/cons then bashed the dlink without explaining why other than "bad reviews." Have you used any of these units you praise?

You can reply with your "dlink teh suck, xbox/popcorn hour FTW!" posts, I don't care and won't reply to them anymore. Enjoy your trolling.
