Help me chose a blog host! A blog for this purpose must let readers follow from the beginning... Not just "choose a month from the archives!" I want each post to appear like a step in a sequence of events with all the actual detailed information available by "reading more" like I've seen on some news blogs.

An example: Consider that someone doesn't know anything about carpentry, constructions, architechture or design but would like to start a blog that follows this person through each step of the learning process. Something like this:

____________________________________________________
-Legal stuff! (Jan, 2nd '06)
I talked to a buddy of mine and he told me that I would first need to go to city hall for a permit. It turns out that I needed a lot more! (click for more)

-Preparing the site. (Jan 14th '06)
Clearing and burning is easy when you have your own Ditch Witch. I don't. :( If you are reading this, you most likely don't either but your local equipment rental place should be able to hook you up with this and more. It turns out that I needed much more! (click for more)

-Materials & laying the foundation. (Jan 22nd '06)
Blah blah blah blah (click for more)
____________________________________________________

My intentions aren't so grand but I've been frustrated by the state of things in many how-to guides. I plan to do this for Gamecube hacking and homebrew (GCLinux, Phantasy Star Online exploit, Action Replay method, replacement cases and mod chips) and PSP hacking and homebrew (all the how-to guides are outdated, incorrect, incomplete or rely on previous knowledge). I will be posting lots of images and videos if possible.

I have very little experience and don't know one blog host from another (though I hate MySpace with a passion). All I can say is that I read engadget. :D Know any appropriate blog sites? Let me know! Thanks.

Check out this site. Very cool.
Very! I may be needing that to do research for my furniture project (I'm no carpenter).

Are you looking for your own domain and hosting for it or something like a xanga account?
Yes, like xanga, blogger.com, etc but I'm not familiar enough to know if any of them have these features. I looked at a few example blogs and couldn't really find something similar. So yeah, a prefabbed blog site as long as it has the features. Preferably free but I may be able to go for a premium one. ;)
