Heyho,

I wanna get rid of my Desktop Computer and switch to a Mobile Laptop once good Trinity Laptops hit the market, since it will fill all my needs and require much less watts and will have the benefit of it being a mobile device.

What I currently own is a

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3300 MHZ
Mainboard: MSI P67A-GD53 (B3) P
GFX: ATI Radeon 4870 1GB GDDR5 256-bit
RAM: 8GB 1600-999 D3 Ripjaws
PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 500W
Harddrive: Western Digital 1TB SATA2 WD10EALS
Housing: Cooler Master Elite 335

Buying date was the 4.27.2011, except for the HDD/GFX, I bought them on 9.29.2010 / 7.6 2009

My CPU was never Overclocked, I even downclocked it to 2000mhz because it was sufficent for me.

Thanks and blessings,

Me.

Misread but the point remains!

You underclocked it to 2 GHZ? D: Why buy a performance processor designed for overclocking and then underclock it by that much?

Apparently, you haven't read this page after joining this forum. 🙄

Here's a nice site to check current prices of the parts (new/used).

http://worthmonkey.com/

Thats apparently true, though I have seen other people here asking the same question and getting serious answers, so the thought did not came to my mind that it was not allowed. Thank you.

According to that site it would be about 500$.

so parting with it now or when the laptop you want is on offer?

hardware price can change a lot over even a month so any "value" now will be wrong come then.
