I have been thinking of selling my desktop for a while now. I just don't know what would be a good price for it.

It has:

IC7-G mobo
  • intel 2.8ghz C CPU
  • 1GB value Ram
  • 80gb sata hd
  • dvd burner (nec 3540A)
  • floppy drive
  • 8in1 usb card reader
  • ati 9600 agp video card
  • ASPIRE X-Dreamer II Case

Does anyone have any suggestions about a price that I should ask for this machine? Thanks ALOT!!

Here is what you do:

First find the retail price of each of your components. Dont include shipping.

Next look at how long you have had the computer. Then look at how much a comparable thing is being sold at the ForSale/Trade and you have a price. :)

This isn't pricecheck.com. Do your own damn homework to find out what the retail price is for each part, then go from there.

Why are you selling this system? This system is practically the same as mine, although I have PC4000 ram, 120GB drive and a 9800PRO it's about the same. If your going to build an AMD64 system, don't expect a significant performance increase, ESPECIALLY if you overclock your current system which is IMO a very good overclocker.
