well, you have some choices. at newegg i would suggest these: oem radeon 7500 for $86, the vistiontek geforce2 gts-v for $48 (great card for the money!), radeon 32 MB ddr for $42 (sweet card for that money!), evga geforce 4 mx440 for $95 (no matter what anyone says about the geforce4 mx's, they are still quite fast cards), or a gainward geforce2 pro 64 MB for $85.
personally, i would probably go with the geforce2 pro by gainward. the radeon 7500 is nice, but i'm not sure what the oem cards are clocked at (ati clocks their oem cards slower than the retail ones). if the oem radeon is clocked decently and has a good chance of overclocking well, i would probably go with it. the radeon has a better featureset than the geforce2 (it has tv out and a dvi port, and partially supports dx8), but if the oem cards are clocked really low, it's not worth it, imho.
