Want to replace my p4 3.2 With AMD

What Board and processor would give me the best bang for the buck?

Socket 754 based board and CPU would probably be the best bang for the buck. Something like and MSI Neo or DFI lan party and an A64 3200+ or 3000+.

Id go with a Nforce4 board and maybe a AMD 3500 processor. The Nforce4 boards are coming down in price and the 754 boards kinda blow. I know someones gonna jump down my throaght on that statement, but if your coming from a decent setup as a P4 3.2, you dont wanna down-grade to a lesser system. The 754 arent even dual channel. My 2 cents.
