Want to replace huge old Inwin case

I've read most of the AT reviews and done some searching on NewEgg. So far my choices are as follows:
Antec Lanboy -- ~$75
Kingwin KT-434 -- ~$100

The main things I want are an acrylic side window, good airflow, front USB/Firewire/Audio (would be nice, but USB is a must), and I don't need a PSU; but if its a good deal I'll take it. I have a huge old Inwin full-tower case that's probably four years old now. It is great, lots of bays and airflow. It will take anything I throw at it. But I'm tired of lugging it around everywhere and now that I have a BFG 6800GT, I wanna see the pretty blue lights 😛 Size and weight is somewhat important as I live in the dorms for one more year and space will be at a premium for a while. The Lanboy looks small enough that I could even stick it on the top of a desk hutch with the window facing out, but I'm concerned about airflow. Not OCing now, but I will be. Any first hand input would be great!!
I realize you can't get everything for nothing, so I want to get as close to those specs around $100. If anyone knows of any other brands/makes that are a good build I would appreciate it. I don't want some generic POS, so I'm willing to pay for the quality. Thanks in advance
