Then get a MP3 recording program that will allow you to adjust the quality settings and you can go pretty low to save on file sizes as FM is pretty low-quality to begin with.
Another alternative is a radioshark which I believe is USB and has great reviews. But I'd go the walkman route and save some money, that's what I do for my desktop. I even have an FM tuner (from my 9600 AIW) but I don't use it as I can't adjust the file sizes without conversion later.
