Want to play MaxPayne3 & have multi Monitor support-Recommend a card please

Purpose: I want to play Latest FPS games especially Max Payne 3. Also it would be better if I could get a card with which I can have two monitors ( my LCD TV, PC monitor) and view different tasks. (example: simultaneously watch Movie in TV and my office work in computer monitor)

I request your recommendation for a good value for Money / performance card suitable for my system and the budget is $100. (can Stretch a little bit). It is not mandatory for me to have latest cards, just the purpose needs to be met and within budget.

Following is my System Information:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ (3 GHz)
Motherboard: M3A78-EM with ATI HD 3200 integrated Graphics upto 512MB Shared.
RAM: 4 GB DDR2

Used 550Ti or 460? maybe HD4870/X2.

Since you want to play recent 3D games, you may want to try going used.

We'd also need to know what your power supply is.

New, the best bang for your buck is probably going to be something like a 7750. That'll do OK as long as you don't insist on 1080p. Otherwise, I highly suggest looking for a used GTX 560 or 6870.
