Now that its out of my system, WTF they have to have written statements to suspend them. Thats BS i say they are worried about the team and want to keep those varisty players there. Maby things have changed but in my day the school didn't even need hard proof that you did something to suspend you. In fact if someone attacked you in the hall and beat the crap out of you they would suspend both people.

saw this too yesterday. I can't believe the cancelling of the season has become such a big part of the issue. all of those varsity students should be expelled and tried for rape. THe season should continue unaffected with new players if available.

what's sick is that I know those students are going to get off scott free probably with a temporary suspension from class and a semester off sports. All because of their jock status.

Gosh, this makes me mad when hearing cases like this. I hope those kids do go to prison or something.

All in all though, I think cancelling the football season was a bad call. The attacks were made by 15,16, and 17 year olds who only 1 was most likely a senior. With that being said other seniors may haveb een looking to get a scholarship into College to help pay for the schooling. They had to throw that out the window to?

I would just kick these guys off the team. The younger ones, I wouldn't allow EVER back onto the team for the time they remained at that school. And I would definitely seek legal help if I were the victims (which obviously they are doing but nothing has been filed as of yet)
