Want to play dreamcast on my monitor

I dont have the vga adapter, but i do have a video card with video in. What program can i use to see dreamcast on my monitor with. I used to have an AIW ATI card and i know that that comes with some software. I was just wondering if there was any good software out there that would let me do this

If you can find a VGA box for it, definetly get it. I got one for ~$25 a few years ago, and it works great. Plus the quality is MUCH better than with composite or SVideo. Honestly, I couldn't stand playing it with video input because the quality was so poor.

I would, but my tv broke and im kinda strapped for cash, im just lookin to play UFC lol
