and you will have ongoing operating costs (electricity, maintenance, etc) so if you don't make any money from advertising (due to no viewers) , then you'll need to feed your money pit from other $ sources

Anyone hear of this before? For 25k you could own a station and I guess broadcast whatever you want. Imagine the possibilities.
Take up a collection and create an ATOT station. Even thought I dont think it would be helpful to actually see the people who post here.
