Want to Overclock my C.L.A.P GF2 GTS

It's at default, and I have the coolbits thingy done.
What should I bump it too?
The card has a HSF on it...
Is this worth my time?
 
I have the same card and overclocked it from 200/333 to 220/380. I haf to use another utility because the CL drivers only allow 360 MHz for the memory.
I could go higner than 380 for the memory but I started noticing image degradation above 380. 395 is the highest I tried and it still didn't crash (although I only ran Quakr III 15 minutyes at that speed).
