Want to OverClock 2.4A Prescott - whats the best M/B

I currently have a 2.4A Prescott in a ECS 848P-A Motherboard. I can overclock it to 3.0 but loose the onboard sound if I overclock past 2.6 --- want to change out the M/B to something better and get a PCI Soundcard.

Looking for suggestions on which M/B to go with. I have had Asus & Abit M/B's in the past and both were good.

If your overclocking a 2.4A Prescott let me know what your results are with stock cooling.

Just about any 865\875 board should do the trick. The only P4 boards I have any real experience with are your ECS board and the Abit IS7 that replaced it. The IS7 took my 3.2C to 3.6 which seems to be the CPU's limit.
