i feel like my oldie 64 2800+ is starting to feel the time he's been living..
I have a MSI K8N NEO 2 Platinum, with nForce 3 250 gb, it's a nice mobo, full of features.. and the manual says "this motherboard is prepare to work under overclocking".
It comes with the standard "D.O.T." technologies MSI has.. but when i use that, my system reboots and reboots all the time.
I have 512 pc3200 ram, a GeForce 6600GT, and a 120 gb SATA..
what can you suggest for me to do to get better performance from my system?
i could buy 512 more of ram.. (i got the gt 2 months ago) but i would like to do something to OC my processor.
Here, a socket 754 3000+ is like u$s200, and i only winn u$s300 per month, so i can't afford to spent that.
