I have a PC100 M599 (sis530 100mhz)board with k6-2 400. does anyone know where I can go to find out how fast this board will allow. If so where do they sell them. 😕
 
Oh no, that's a PC-Chips board, you're not gonna get much performance out of it. Frankly, you're lucky it even works, PC-Chips makes notoriously defective products. If you have the money, my advice would be pick up a new socket A mobo with a duron and overclock the hell out of it!!!
 
Well acording to here the max is 450MHz. But according to here The bios was updated last year, so it may unofficially support higher Frequency cpu's.
