Want to make sure this is the right type of ram to get

Hi, I ran some tests for my PC cause its really lagging with 256mb of ram. Heres the data I collected for ram with Everest (Very Detailed):

Other Info about my PC (thats memory related):
-2 DIMM slots

Now, Im quite confused that all my benchmarks read the speed is PC2100 while the RAM that came with my PC is PC2700... So, I chose this ram:
