Want to make a somewhat portable PS2 rig

Hi all. I recently bought one of the new model PS2s and find that this thing is real tiny so I got to thinking. If I can velcro this thing to the top of my laptop and get it to connect to it via a tuner card I could have an almost portable PS2 gaming station (almost meaning i would still have to plug in the PS2 to AC) but i have no idea what a kind of tuner card to get for the laptop. it would have to be small and be able to do svideo and be able to do full screen. is there such a gadget? I have seen usb tv cards for a while but they are big and ugly, anyone know of something small and does full screen? Thanks.

One problem is lag -- people in the Video forum trying to use a USB adapater for gaming have said the lag is pretty annoying. You don't notice if your TV picture is a couple of frames behind the source because you're just watching, but controlling a game when you're seeing 2 frames ago is harder.

USB 2.0 with hardware encoding in the device might avoid this, but will cost over $100.
