I bought 54 lbs of candy for the trick-or-treaters that go through our dorm. They are expecting 30-40 kids so its 1.4-1.8 lbs per kid 😀.

List includes:
tootsie rolls, smarties, pixie sticks, jolly ranchers, sour twists, dum-dum pops, sweet tarts, nerds, starbursts, amazing M&M bars, gummi savers, twix, now and later, blow pops, snickers, kit-kats, laffy taffy, bottle caps, skittles, runts, 3 musketeers, gum balls, M&Ms, milky ways, zero bars, and skittles pops.

FYI this event is partially sponsered by the salvation army.

I didn't know trick or treaters go through dorms hah. I don't think there are any residential areas close enough to mine where kids would come by.

They might get booze or laxative prank candies or something 😵.

UCLA dorms they bus kids in to trick or treat in the dorms. we decorated all the halls and all that jazz.
