Actually, seriously though, Anandtech has it's own rules as to what is allowable and what is not (which makes perfect sense), but even the courts have had a VERY difficult time defining what is or is not pron. Even so, they then have to also break that down into what is obscene or lewd and what is not (and as such is protected from the government as free speech).

If you have questions about whether you can put something up, contact your web host and ask them what their standards are -- if they are ok with it, you are ok provided you stay within the boundries of the law in your jurisdiction. You might have to send them samples of what you intend to post before you put it up on a page.

Can you give me a suggestion as to what to search for on the legal sites with regard to my jurisdiction and the laws governing the internet?

Ha! Jurisdiction is used in my site name too..LOL
