Want to get Streetmaps on my Cell Phone

I downloaded the new Google Mobile (http://www.google.com/mobile/loc_search.html" to my RAZR and it is pretty cool but I would like to get Google type steetmaps saved to my phone without connecting to the internet everytime. I found this:

http://helmen.blogspot.com/2006/04/k750i-j2me-maps-mapbrowser.html

and this:

http://vision.eng.shu.ac.uk/mediawiki/index.php/Maps_for_Mobile_Phones

Both do what i want: save the map to the phone. But I would like a map of Saint Louis. Does anyone know how I could create a JAR map file like the ones they have? Any other service? I found this program, http://www.i10n.com/omdt but the program it is associated with costs money.

Thanks,
Chris

yeah, i would think more people would want this, especially offline. No download time, you don't have to pay for GRPS
