Want to get my daughter a domain that forwards to another site

Anyone have any advice on cheap/free domain registration? I just want a domain that I'd be able to point to some personal web space her ISP provides.

Namecheap.com is still the way to go. I believe their control panel will let you redirect, or you could just set up a meta.
