Want to dual boot, newbie question.

Ok, so I have Win98SE already installed. I wanna dual boot with Win2k. How do I get started? Anything special I need to do? I already downloaded the Win2k drivers for my sound and video card. Anything else?

All I do is put in a boot disk, and go from there? 😱😕

You have to install them into different partitions. If you have only one drive and it's only one partition, you have to repartition it into two. You have to either repartition/reformat it and reinstall Win98 or use something like Partition Magic to resize your existing one if you don't want to reformat. After that, just boot off the W2K CD and point it to your 2nd partition (or drive if you have 2).

I disagree. You don't need to install on a new partition. When you insert Win2k disk and run the setup program, pay close attention to the questions it asks you. Somewhere along the line (I don't remember where, sorry) it asks you if you want to dual boot.
