Want to cross-trade items. Escrow type service availalbe?

I am wanting to trade something very expensive for something that is also very expensive. The other side is wanting me to trade because of past experiences. I too want the other person to trade first, because I have been burned in the past.

THe item being traded is worth of less real world value than what I'm trading, but it has huge sentimental value. What can I do to make this trade secure?

Do either of you have a heatware rating?

I would say that the higher rating wins unless you both have at least a 20. Then it should be safe to CROSS-ship.
