Want to convert Ultra66 to Fasttrak66 (RAID) HELP! Can't find functioning up-to-date link!

Well, I've finally got a chunk of time and two
IBM 30Gb 75GXP drives, and I'm ready to try
the Ultra66 -> FastTrak66 hack to use Raid
on my machine.

The problems are two:

1) All of the old links to step-by-steps for the
conversion have gone dead. (Probably legal
action by Promise?)
2) I've read that Promise has played games with
their Bios upgrade stuff so that if you download
the current stuff off their Website, you'll
just hose your card.

SO...

1) Does anyone have a link to an up-to-date set
of instructions that WORKS?
2) Does anyone have (or have a link to) the bios
upgrade program and bios definition file
that will definitely work?
