1. Boot into Win98
2. Delete WINNT Folder and all Win2K related folders
3. Go to your boot partition (usually c

, Locate and delete: ntldr, ntbootdd.sys, ntdetect.com, boot.ini, and pagefile.sys.
4. reboot your computer and boot up with a win98 bootup disk
5. boot into command prompt and type: fdisk /mbr
6. Reboot and you're done.
If you'd like to do it the easy way, you can always clean off the Win2K partition by formatting or Fdisking it.
