Want to connect TV Tuner's "Audio In"

I have a Pinnacle PCTV Stereo TV Tuner. It has a connector just like CD-Roms have for the audio. This we have to connect to the audio in (Cd-In or Aux-In) of the motherboard, which is not found in my mobo.

Thus can any1 help me to make this TV tuner card work... No audio can be heard without it... Its a very urgent requirement and quick replies may help!!

If that TV card is using a halfway recent chipset, then it doesn't actually need the analog audio connection. It can just as well feed the audio stream through the PCI bus, along with the video stream. This is more versatile anyway, and does not generate the same synchronization issues as going through the sound chip would - so if your card supports doing that, use it!
