I want to buy an overclocked computer. I have zero interest in DIY.

So far I have found the following vendors that sell OC systems:

Alienware ALX
OverDrive PC
Voodoo

Can someone recommend another company?

Thanks!

Do Alienware and Voodoo really sell overclocked PCs? I'm having trouble finding them on their site.

Why do you want to buy an overclocked computer? The whole point of overclocking is to get more than what you pay for. If you buy an overclocked pc, you are paying for the overclock.

A moderate overclock takes maybe 10mins or less, with maybe 30mins of research here at Anandtech. Buy a prebuilt system from Monarch (they charge like $36 bucks to assemble and test it for you) and save alot of money and have a better understanding of your machine

Just buy a tricked out X2 4800+ or FX-57 at their stock speeds. If you don't have the time to overclock, you won't have the time to troubleshoot any problems which you will eventually have.

overclocking is pointless unless you have the time to get that EXTRA 5 FPS. Dont waste your time you are wasting time looking for one. Just buy a good CPU

Yet another person who thinks gaming is the center of all computer applications.

Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego - $320
Athlon 64 FX-55 Venice - $810
Time needed to OC 3700+ to FX55-level - 15mins
Money saved - $490

:) Game, set, and match.

For someone who has to have the best possible system regardless of cost, a pre-overclocked rig may make sense. With the cost of the boutique type machines you can get technical support and warranties that would not be available if you built your own oc machine.

I have a small (note to IRS, this is all a dream) business that builds comps for buddies and on recommendations. I can build you an overclocked rig for fair price. Heat's under Lithan. PM me if interested.
