I want to buy a HP or lenevo brand new laptop with in $400 budget .
Normal use plus programming and might be android work .
Would u plz suggest me which laptop model is available in this price range and also mention it's specification .

These will typically come with 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD.

You are actually much better off choosing an older H series Intel Core CPU in a used laptop as that will give you significantly more power. Not sure how important battery life is for you. If you want a longer lasting battery, you need to go with Ryzen 5500U.

It is if you get a good brand. Used Thinkpads and Dell Precision laptops are built like tanks. Unless someone abused them (few do after plopping so much cash on them), they are usually in pristine condition, able to give at least 5 more years of service. HP Probooks may be good too but I haven't tried one yet. HP Zbooks are supposed to be in the same class as Thinkpads and Precisions.
