Want to buy new hardware, but don't know what to get

My addiction for new hardware is kicking in again after 5 months of purchasing my last bit of hardware for my PC. I'm in withdrawals. Need some ideas of what to get next. I was thinking perhaps a 256GB Vertex 4 or 16GB of DDR3 2666 memory.
