Hello,

I want to Build My Home Server for Hosting My own Website ( Blog ).

I am fro INDIA ( mumbai ) , I have Googled Here for many Choices from Band server to Assembled one .

I need some good Hardware & flexibility in same so i prefer Assembled one .

My prefrance would be

Processor - INTEL
Motherboard - Need help ?
Memory - apx 12-16 gb , brand ?
HDD - apx - 1 TB - Brand or type ?
case - ?:\
backup drives - ?:\
software - linux .

I am in very much need of your help in deciding the parts.

Price is no worry for me .

Need all of your input.
 
What kind of website? How much traffic? A normal shared or VPS host can handle most toy sites no problem. If the performance requirements are truly high, then the best choice is to buy a real Dell, HP, or IBM server and put it in a colo facility.
