want to build mini itx lo power better than atom

Looking for a low power solution with at least higher end of the atom class performance. I know ion is out there but the nvidia graphics may give me a heat problem as would like to be fan less maybe. I have looked at the MSI barebones (Newegg MSI 6667BB-004US Intel Atom 330 1.6GHz Dual-Core Intel 945GC ATI Radeon HD 4330 1 x HDMI Nettop Barebone without ODD Drive Bay ) which really looks like something I would like. Any one seen a real review of this unit by Anand or Toms etc?

If I could find something like this with a low low power AMD embedded or chip with integrated AmD Graphics I think the performance would be what I want. The main think is this computer would run 24/7 so i would like to have it be low power (so 65 w and even 45w chips are too high if I can avoid).

Any thought / suggestions Thanks
