I want to build a small gaming only system to free up my Dual Duron Video/programming/everything else rig.

I am looking at the Abit NV7m with an XP Proc or the Asus P4B533-VM with a P4 1.6a or 1.8a or > (with the hopes of overclocking.)

I am leaning toward the P4.......

I would like to squeeze it all into a mATX Case like This one. The PS is "P4 Ready" would 200W be enough for an Oc'd P4 or an non o/c'd XP? Seems low, especially since I will be putting a GF4 ti4600 in it.., other than that just a harddrive and DVD/CD-RW Combo drive. I will probably just use all the other onboard stuff (sound, lan,etc..)

I have a 256Mb stick of PNY 2100 DDR with Elixer chips on it at the moment, How are these for overclockinng..

Thanks

Well, you won't be overclocking ANYTHING on an NV7M...the BIOS doesn't have any performance options at all, other than memory timings. However, in my experience, overclocking in a MicroATX case isn't the best idea since airflow is (usually) low.

I have a MATX WinTech Power supply, its in an Gateway MATX case, where I'm planning putting in a Asus A7N266VM shortly. The Power supply is 150WATTS but is P4 and Athlon APPROVED. Goes to show you that 150 WATTS is More than enough. I had the option for a 200 WATTS MATX PS from a company called "DEER" but I wanted AMD approved and P4 ready PS, which that didnt have.

NOTE:
Celery 1.3A (Asus P3CL/CDRW/DVD/40G HDD/FDD/GF2ti/Sound/Network/Modem)
ALL work on a Antec 110 WATT Power Supply Flawlessly

Athlon 550 (Asus K7M/CDRW/DVD/20G HDD/FDD/RadeonLE O-C/Sound/Network/Modem)
All work on a Antec 185 Watt power Supply Perfect also.

This whole 600 WATT power suuply thing is getting out of hand. Any GOOD power supply up to 350 is SUFFICIENT if not more than enough to run everything in a computer.
