Question Want to build a desktop for Davinci Resolve

Greetings,
I'm new to the forum but wanted to ask folks who are smarter than I about recommendations on components for a Davinci Resolve 18 desktop. I'm going to be buying components over time starting with a motherboard. I think I want to go with Intel but open to suggestions. I look forward to your thoughts on components. Not much to go on but here’s a first try. You might be able to swap to a 13700KF if you go with a cheaper mATX board and case.

I don't see any requirements on the SW side that indicates what we're shooting for here.

With that in mind what else do you plan on using it for?

I would get the K over the KF for a couple of reasons. 1. the K will give you video output if the GPU doesn't work 2. the price difference isn't huge

DaVinci Resolve leans on GPU power, especially if you are using the paid software, where dual or triple GPU can help.

Alternatively, an M1 or M2 mac is also supposed to be quite fast for running Resolve, and you can get away with a "lesser" system than a comparably-specced Windows X86 system.
