I received this letter a few years back, then I misplaced it. I was cleaning today and I found it, so I decided to scan it in and post.

CLAIMS

These are actual statements found on insurance forms where car drivers are trying to explain the details of the accident in a limited number of words... should be a good laugh.

 
"the pedestrian had no idea which way to run, so I ran over him"

LOL hilarious. As for fake, it could be, but i'm sure similar things like these show up all the time. Imagine the millions of claims that have been made, some im' sure are absurdly funny.
