Want all your input about DDR mobos.

I have been out of the cycle for a while now and am looking at upgrading to DDR, well, actually, I am ordering the mobo later this week.

I want all the input I can possibly get from you guys on your experiences with the DDR setups available. Which is stable, which is faster? Any good recommendations for a stable system? How about a superior oc'ing chipset?

I really don't plan to oc too much, but may get back into it. The reason being my Adaptec scsi controller holds me back from ramping some insane fsb settings. But, the stable burning combo is my bag.
