Well, I listen through the podcast hoping to hear something only to hear that MS employee's can no longer comment on the status of Live because of the class-action lawsuit. Both Major and 'E' said they were planning on giving updates.

It's been working pretty well for me this weekend. No issues at all, any time of day. Hope that's a good sign.

I've still had minimal problems since this whole issue started... The worst thing is the slow access to marketplace tabs and friends list... I've been able to play H3 and COD4 without real issue.

The last few days have been pretty much problem free from the online gaming standpoint. The menus are still taking a lot longer to load then they normally did on the dashboard but that's not a huge deal.

Well, this is going to affect more than just the problems they've had in the last couple of weeks. If there are any unrelated problems in the near future, I'm guessing they won't be able to comment on those either because of the outstanding litigation. Which will leave users even more in the dark and more pissed off because nobody is saying anything.
