Want a faster CPU for X-Plane 10

I right now have an i7-4930k and want a faster CPU for better frames in X-Plane 10. I've narrowed it down to a i7-6850k or and i7-6700k. Don't want to overclock although I have ran my 4930k overclocked at 4.2GHz but still X-Plane 10 was a little choppy taking off from LAX until I was like 15 miles northwest of LAX and obviously it would have been worse at stock CPU settings. I'm now running everything at stock settings because I don't feel like adding steps to trouble shooting scenarios, and my Xbox One controller was vibrating randomly for no reason when it was connected to one of my USB ports, and I"m just not doing anything CPU intensive at the moment anyways. So I"m looking from something that will run this game much better than my 4930k. I'm considering the 6700k because of it's single threaded performance and 4 cores is good for today's games.

X-Plane depends most heavily on single thread CPU performance, but it will also take advantage of multiple cores or distinct processors – 4 are recommended.

So, yes, 6700K looks best. What's your video card?
