Nice link, however the techniques described seem very outdated. Many of the exercises are described/shown incorrectly. For example, for the stiff-legged deadlift you should not be bending your knees (you can do traditional deadlifts where you bend your knees however). Anyways, you might want to reference a few other sources before you decide to follow these techniques exactly.
