So if it reads almost 4, that means it's putting out the correct wattage right? So I wonder why it isn't working........Hm.... well thanks guys (for those of you that helped) I know it's not that hard, but when you don't know how to do something...... Anyways, I'm going to be making a new thread you might want to see.......
 
oh.. what wasn't working then? if it reads about 4 then it's probably 36-volts-ish. there's a huge margin of error because you can't get exact readings with a cheap-o VOM.
