Wanna see a nice sailboat?

When I was a kid my Dad had one of these. Its a Schneider 35' Pennant. I learned how to sail on it. Ours had a big bowsprite so as to accomidate another jib. It was a lot of work sanding, varnishing and caulking, but I miss that boat.

i used to have one of these - Nacra 5.2

it was a high performance catamaran....oooooooh it was so nice - fastest sailboat on the lake.

i had to sell it after i got married cuz the wife didn't like crewing on the boat.

man it was fun........

I'm still planning on buying a sailboat soon. Probably some sort of cat. Maybe i should learn to use it first though Sailboats are so beautiful, i get so jealous watching people out there on the water when I'm sitting at work.

One of the coolest things about sailing is there is no noise from an engine. Just the wind and the waves splashing against the boat. Its so relaxing. I used to work at this sailing school.
