Acquisition unit cost $62,846 according to sources.

To purchase such a thing, you would have to contact either the US Navy or the US Air Force.
You might want to inquire about getting one of the following platforms for it aswell

B-52, B-1, B-2, F-22, F-16, F-15E, F- 117, F-14 A/B/D, F/A-18C/D, F/A-18E/F, AV-8B, P-3, S-3.
